Secure Ordering

All online orders are processed in a secure encrypted environment. We process each order through PayPal Pro gateway. We never store any credit card information. We accept major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, and debit cards. We also accept coffee orders via mail with a check. Checks will be held 2-3 days prior to order completion.

Shipping Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS.   All orders are shipped within 2 days after a successful roast   We never ship coffee before it’s ready!

Order Tracking

You will receive an email  with a tracking number.

 

Customer Privacy

We collect your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status.  When the order has been completed and shipped, your credit information is deleted.
